I have a special needs child who used to have a problem with running out of the classroom. The principle told me that it wasn't the staff's responsibility to stop him from eloping out of the building so I had to come in everyday to sit with him. All they cared about was getting my son out of their school. The staff at several occasions lied to my face about my son. After my son went to a different school, all of his behaviors disappeared. They do not care about special needs students because they just don't want to deal with them.

Simply put, Ross is the best kept secret in Allegheny County. The facility and teachers are amazing. Highly recommend it.

Ross elementary is simply fantastic. 2 years ago they stripped the entire school down, and performed a complete renovation, since it had never been done. It is a very enjoyable facility to be in. The school requires a high amount communication from the teachers, to the parents. We've seen this since...
