Although most teachers were great, the administration is the downfall of the school because when the community asks for change, they refuse.

If you are from another town don't bother sending your kids to this school, they will always put you last unless you're a top student. Many times my town has been pushed in a corner here but now I just heard from a friend that they wont transport 10 kids, looks like they just lost a great group, I'm disappointed MCI...

MCI Situated in Pittsfield, Maine, the school is still going strong since 1866 . I have been to MCI ,it was before the Thanksgiving holiday. Hence I got a chance to send my greetings in person to all of my son's teachers.Back in China, I began to recommend MCI to my friends and the parents who were sending their kids for boarding school of the US. One of the students actually attended MCI a year after my son's attendance. I understand she performed so well at school.

Being a colored student, I was often dealing with snarky comments from teachers and discrimination from students, despite being an unproblematic 4.0 gpa student. When I brought this to the attention of the counselor, nothing changed.

I’d give a 0 if I could. Incredibly unprofessional leadership. The school is a disgrace compared to its history. The Head Master (Christopher McDonald) runs the school like he’s the leader of a boys club and sweeps things under the rug. The athletic director (James Leonard) is sexist, unprofessional...

I love this school, MCI teaches the student that its almost time for college and they get you ready for it and they help you with every step of the way if you want it. I'm currently a sophomore and haven't found a dislike in this school yet.
