Hands down the best school in the area. The staff is welcoming, caring, and always supportive. The PTO goes above and beyond for school events and fundraising. And the kids receive extra support when needed.

From what I can observe Rio provides a super education to all students. Annual community events are constant and parent involvement is welcomed. My son attended Rio from TK. He is graduating this year as a 5th grader. We moved to Plumas Lake from North Natomas, specifically for Rio. Rio has been a great school with lots of family involvement.
