All girls aspect is uplifting and beneficial to the students attending -- it helps girls speak out in class and have access to all school opportunities The school is not very diverse and as a student of color, it is a somewhat suppressive environment

SMA has been a wonderful place for our daughter. She's thriving in academics, athletics and socially. The teachers love their jobs and make classes engaging and just challenging enough. Tons of support in any area needed.

St. Mary's Academy provides strong academics and prepares students well for college with rigorous coursework and leadership opportunities. The supportive community helps students grow personally and academically. However, there's room to improve diversity to better reflect and celebrate the broader community. This school is also a very neutral towards a controversial topic, which personally, I don't enjoy.

I was a student at SMA, I was expelled for communication with boys and social media. The teachers discriminate against students, extremely racist and rude. They are overly strict and they couldn’t care less about the students.I do not recommend SMA for anyone.Love and bless, maybe God bless the stud...

I am a current sophomore at SMA. I think the classes are very good, and the teachers are incredibly helpful. However, there have been multiple instances of online bullying and many of my POC friends have felt unsafe.

I am a current student at SMA. If you are a person of color you will NOT feel safe here. There has been many times I have felt uncomfortable with the actions teachers have made due to race and I have reported them and nothing has happened. I am HIGHLY disappointed that SMA puts an image of them self...

Parent of a graduating Sr. I had very high expectations of SMA when we decided to enroll our daughter over 4 years ago. I never regretted that decision. Rigorous academics balanced by support and coaching where needed. The entire young woman is fostered at SMA with the goal of shaping the next gener...
