Overall amazing experience and I've made many good friends. Only criticism would be that there is no AP biology, which is hard for a person interested in pre-med. But generally, I am so grateful I have had the opportunity to attend this school and will have lasting memories for the rest of my life because school culture is extremely strong and teachers are beyond kind. Their mission motivates me immensely and everyone is incredibly understanding.

The Priory is a safe place for students to take chances and discover their strengths, passions, and interests by offering a diverse set of classes from rigorous BC/AP Calc to bioethics to glassblowing. During the first few months of Covid, the Priory summer program offered many classes to the student body with the preface to not advance their standing but purely to explore their interest.

DO NOT come. Coming to this school was the worst decision I ever made. 1. Teachers care abt students, but many suck at teaching. Many make offensive jokes abt students in class. 2. Many students get into top colleges bc of their connections, legacy... not bc they r stellar. If u r not crazy rich & wanna get into top college, dont come. 3. Rich entitled white kids school. 4. expensive tuition, mediocre edu. If u r intl dormer: 1. The dorm SUCKS. Def not a welcoming commnty. Nobody will help u transition as an intl student. The school take dorms as outliers & afterthoughts. SEVERAL racist actions from the ADMIN during my time here. I cannot disclose details but believe me NO other boarding schools in the US this costly would do such. 2. Dorms r run down & still cost more than even the most expensive college dorms. 3. If u r hardworking, u will be judged all the time. 4. I beg u, dont j look at the rankings. Go to a real boarding school. Priory is not worth ur $. Dont come here.

We found that things at Priory have really been going downhill recently, mostly due to poor leadership. My older child overall had a better experience and we noticed a lack of quality with my younger child. Many new teachers that were hired were not capable. The theology teachers were particularly p...

5/5 We love the school. The school welcomes everyone. We are black and we have never been treated differently. We have two kids, 12 and 11 grades. Our last child is praying everyday to get accepted when she applies.

Woodside Priory has a been a phenomenal school for both my children. From their caring and unique attitude to the differing needs of middle schoolers based on adolescent psychology and the need for breaks and play, to their excellent learning and instructive environment, Priory has been a child-cent...

This is a rare school that has both top notch academic rigor and a soul. The teachers are of the highest caliber and care deeply about their students- both their academic development and their emotional health. The administration is exceptional and responsive to student and parent concerns. Teacher/...
