I love the teachers, they've always been friendly, helpful, and fun. However, the school atmosphere is a little unpleasant due to it being a small town with small-town kids. My most frustrating experience has been with the school taking away AP classes, and with them implementing rules that create a cycle of frustration.

Pottsboro has a very successful sports program especially in football and basketball. The teachers are nice and classes are easy but probably don't prepare best for college.

I love the community that Pottsboro has, and how when no matter the event or time, people will always be there to support. Everyone knows each other and we are like one big family. The coaches at Pottsboro High School are absolutely amazing, along with the teachers. They take their personal time to connect with their students/athletes, and treat them as if they were their own kids. Our town goes above and beyond when it comes to support, and I am thankful to go to a school like Pottsboro.
