I attended PS114 for 2 years (from grades 1 to 2). It was a memorable experience. I loved their breakfasts and lunches. There were some great students and teachers there. I would say that they need to work on how they handle little children. Kids are going to give trouble and misbehave. I suggest that you do not write them off as a 'bad child'. I remember they tried to hold me back in the first grade and told my mother that I was a 'bad child'. I passed to the 2nd grade and my teacher was mean to me because of what she heard about me. I will say this I was VALEDICTORIAN of my HIGH SCHOOL graduating class of 2018. I got over USD $350,000 in scholarships to attend universities in Cali, Florida and Boston. Don't write off a child as 'bad', that will be your biggest regret.

The school is not a good school anymore. Principal Tention is not a good principal. She does not look out for the safety and well-being of students. She doesn't meet the proper goals of what a principal should be. Children have been physically attacked bullied. She does nothing she doesn't have meet...

So far, no complaints. They seem to have a nice balance of learning, culture, fun and discipline

My childs teacher tries hard but if most of ththe kids in the class are failing g, the problem is t the kids it's the teachers.

As a parent of 2 children which attend P.S.114 Ryder Elementary, I find they are very professional and meet not only my children's but all of the students needs. Academically I must say OUTSTANDING!!! Job well done.
