This school is a mixed bag, theres wonderful things and plenty to work on at the same time, I adore the arts program, and the oppertunities in the life sciences have been amazing for me.

Excellent autism support teacher. She works with the students according to their abilities. As well, she aids students with getting the most beneficial curriculum possible. It is difficult to communicate with teachers due to lack of 1:1. Not enough teachers.

It's an average school. There are a lot of problematic kids, but if you stay in the more rigorous courses you can avoid most problematic behavior. The building itself should really be replaced, it's a very old school and things break a lot. There are some great teachers here.

My daughter attended this school for four years and had good teachers. However, the counselor was not very helpful, so she had to seek assistance from a different counselor. The art teacher is wonderful. The school infrastructure needs updates, and there should be better communication with parents.

Looking back, Sanderson was the perfect high school for my kid. The size kept things manageable without them being lost in a sea of faces. Teachers reached out at critical times.,My kid was not a genius nor high enough to be a junior Marshall BUT the preparation in the honors and AP courses prepared...
