GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Choir program is great. Teachers seem to care. The facilities are very nice. The town is nice. Often times there can be problems getting the classes you need because there is only one section of them. There has been a lot of change lately at the school with counselors and administration.

A well-built, fairly big high school. Kept clean and updated. With many classes to choose from, as well as many AP classes available, I was able to find classes that fit my needs for going into college. The only issue I have with this school is that there is usually some violence or outbreaks, and staff give little to nothing punishments.

The teachers here are all very supportive, and all want the best for their students. My high school represents school pride like no other. Students are demonstrating school spirit, while staying respectful and kind to one another. The teachers all promote spreading kindness as well. They all want to see our school thrive. I would not have wanted to be at any other high school. I have made so many new friends, as well as loved coming to school everyday to learn.

Teachers and Mental Health support is amazing, Some teachers have got to go though. The bullying and drug use is very out of hand though making this a school that is avoided quite a lot in the Red Wing community.

A great range of opportunities for students, including strong classroom teachers and challenging coursework. Offerings such as the Black Student Union, Gender and Sexualities Alliance, and Native student group allow for students to get invested in having their voices heard.

Great people and awesome teachers. The school is really nice. Deserves a better rating than it has.
