Design Tech is definitely a school for people who are self-driven. It's really easy to do concurrent enrollment, but unless you have an idea for what you want to do in the future, it's hard to get the most out of going to school there.

The teachers at DTech are very helpful. I love the curriculum and the teaching system at our school. We are a small school and do not have AP classes, but we can take college classes, which is even better as we can choose from various subjects that might not be taught at traditional high schools. I wish our school had PE and Music programs.

A lot of classes here are easy, so you can take courses at the local community college. A lot of students do that and some even get degrees there, which help them when they apply for college. The school has several internship opportunities, and students can teach their own classes if they want.
