Regina Coeli is a fully accredited Catholic School in the Diocese of Toledo. Opening in 1955, Regina Coeli offers a robust curriculum as well as weekly Mass and education in the Sacraments of the Catholic Church.
Current enrollment is 174 students with grades K though 8 attending school between 7:30 am until 3pm Monday through Friday. Students are taught language arts, reading, math, science, and social studies on a daily basis; receiving instruction one to two periods a week from fully licensed teachers in music, art, physical education, computer education, and foreign language. All faculty, staff and volunteers who have direct contact with students are required to obtain all appropriate background checks. The school has specially trained staff for students with IEPs and intervention needs
Prospective students meet with the principal and pastor to better understand the educational, behavioral, and religious environment of the school. This helps to determine whether the child is accepted as a new student. Enrollment and class size is also a determining factor in the decision.
As of the 2022–23 school year, tuition is $5,500 per student, per year. There are a number of scholarships available and students may apply for financial aid (if offered by their parish). Regina Coeli follows Washington Local School District for weather delays and closings.
Home of the Eagles and Lil’ Eagles, children can participate in a variety of sports including cross-country, track, soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, football and cheerleading through the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO).
