There's some serious issues with RCW high school and elementary school. The issues start at the top and funnel down. The biggest issue is leadership. Without great leaders, teacher turn-over rates are high which directly effects the success of every kid in the classroom. My advice to RCW is to work...

Extremely friendly environment. Huge community involvement. MCA Test scores are a little lower in the elementary than what I would like to see. Early childhood programs are spectacular. Parent communication is very easy. This school seems to be keeping up with technological advances and other issues...
