I moved to park hill south my junior year of high school. I was scared to make new friends and start new classes. On my first day of school I was greeted by my best friend in my math class. She introduced me to a woman empowerment club. Every Thursday morning before class we will go and participate. My wonderful counselor helped me get into an out of school program called Northland Career Center where I joined a Le/Csi class. All thanks to my counselor I have been able to see my future.

The best part has been the arts programs and being able to participate in high quality productions and ensembles. The worst part is the environment and how even though I'm a high achieving student I'm not really offered help finding scholarships or even help planning my future.

I really like how the school gives students many opportunities for their students to be successful ,But I would like to see is extra transportation when there is afterschool activities. Another thing that can be improved is the lunch and drinks because the school district food and drinks isn't the best looking or tasting .
