GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I like the fact that many classes are avaliable either in person or online. Despite this in the future I would like to see change in how SAT prep and College prep classes are handled. Right now all students are in these classes yet most dont care so it becomes useless to those of us who do care. Just more attention paid to those of us who have a future and care would be nice.

Attending Roscommon Schools, I've been here since kindergarten, has a been a wild ride, but one I would not want to take anywhere else. We are a pretty small school district, but that just means that everyone knows everyone and we are a very tight knit community.

My ultimate favorite part of Roscommon School would have to be the staff. They put together so many festivities to keep your spirits up. They also are always there for their students. Whether that student needs help with school or personal matters.

Don't send your child here the staff are very disrespectful to the parents and don't take criticism well at all. Only if you grew up here and are from this town do you get any respect. Sad is all I can say.

Teachers and administrators really care about students as people and learners.

The lack of communication between teachers, administrators and parents is unsatisfactory. The school assumes that there is internet in every home and parents don't need paper information sent home. The drug and bullying problems in this school are far beyond what is considered normal for any school....
