What distinguishes Branson is the focus on mental health and understanding how the teen brain functions. The head of school makes a point of emphasizing that and it's evident by how happy the kids are. My only concern is the amount of homework my child has but it seems like that's a common practice among all the top academic schools.

Branson is an amazing school that truly prepares its students to go out and make the world a better place. Despite having a rigorous curriculum and heavier workloads, teachers provide students with all of the resources they need to succeed, and are often willing to accommodate whatever needs a student may have.

Strong academics and fabulous college prep. School still struggles with general kindness; too much emphasis placed upon marginal groups but not enough work focused upon improving character and integrity of entire student population.
