I would give Franklin 5 stars! They have great staff and a phenomenal PTA....i have subbed in the school district before and can honestly say i am extremely happy with all that Franklin offers. I have a 2nd grader and a kindergartener there. My 2nd grader has been there since kinder :)

Great school! love it. Moms if you just moved to the area and thought you were zoned to Scarborough but are really zoned to Franklin, consider yourself blessed. GREAT SCHOOL!

As a military member, my oldest son has attending three elementary schools in the last three years and by far Kay Franklin has been the best. The administration is fine and do their job.
