A toxic school environment where qualified school administrators and teachers are terminated yearly, where teachers do not trust or respect administration , where racially based hazing incidents occur and are swept under the rug.

My experience at Westview was overall pretty good. Some teachers are unhelpful but some are so it is really hit or miss. The lunches are slightly improving but the facilities still need a lot of work. There are lots of opportunities but you need to go and look for them.

I've had an amazing experience at Westview, the math department is great, and I've made lots of friends yet I have little complaints.

Think 2x before enrolling your student here. This is one of the two toxic schools in PUSD. Here, rumors spread like wildfire and teachers do not respect admin. Admin does not do administration rather just bends down to teachers whims and fancies. Weak leadership. Teachers do not care about teaching....

Current senior administrator terminates qualified assistant principals and teachers. Racially based hazing incidents on campus have been swept under the rug. Incidents of campus wide graffiti targeting certain demographics of students , erased and ignored. Nothing blue ribbon about this high school.

Super toxic vibe. Popular kids basically get free A’s. Most clubs are pointless. Teachers are pompous with fragile egos. Teaching’s mid, except AP Chem, it’s actually good.
