My experience at Westview was overall pretty good. Some teachers are unhelpful but some are so it is really hit or miss. The lunches are slightly improving but the facilities still need a lot of work. There are lots of opportunities but you need to go and look for them.

I have had a good overall experience at Westview so far. Since it's a four-by-four, I can take more classes each year and learn about more topics. One thing I like about Westview is the staff. Most of the teachers that I've had are passionate about the subjects that they teach, and they are good at helping students when they need it. Something that I would like to see change is for more trees to be planted, since we don't have that many plants compared to other schools.

My time at Westview has been amazing! Westview is very academically driven and the standards are high. But the teachers were very good at explaining and teaching the curriculum. Westview also offers a lot of resources for students so they are able to get as much help as possible.

Think 2x before enrolling your student here. This is one of the two toxic schools in PUSD. Here, rumors spread like wildfire and teachers do not respect admin. Admin does not do administration rather just bends down to teachers whims and fancies. Weak leadership. Teachers do not care about teaching....

Current senior administrator terminates qualified assistant principals and teachers. Racially based hazing incidents on campus have been swept under the rug. Incidents of campus wide graffiti targeting certain demographics of students , erased and ignored. Nothing blue ribbon about this high school.

Super toxic vibe. Popular kids basically get free A’s. Most clubs are pointless. Teachers are pompous with fragile egos. Teaching’s mid, except AP Chem, it’s actually good. AP Studio Art was fun and a chill break from all the STEM. Some younger teachers are kinda sus, and the school’s had issues lik...
