GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Good and caring teachers and student diversity. Good facilities, course selection and sports program. Located in a safe and nice neighborhood. Most students walk or take muni to Nd from school.

The best part about Galileo is that the teachers are nice and they feel motivated teaching students and I would say the worst experience is the public bathrooms. They need to fix their bathrooms because some are missing handles when you are washing your hands. The bathrooms are also outdated. Some stalls don't have a lock.

Galileo has a nice student body. Among the students, there's support for everyone, no matter who you are, and the resources are pretty open. The students have nice tech support, such as chromebooks and hotspots issued to every student who needs one. Although I'd like to see some improvement in the counseling and administration department, the majority of the staff (namely teachers) are often supportive and very kind to those at Galileo.

They claim that these are ways used in college, but it is actually false. It's also unnecessary and stressful for high school students.- This school does no...

Excellent school. Welcoming community and nice folks. Definitely not worth going to Lowell. There's a lot of controversy and peer pressure during middle school about going to Lowell, and while I regretted not applying to the school in middle school, I can say with confidence that I am very happy I g...
