It's fine, I guess. Its a lot better than a High school such as Danbury or Waterbury. I really dislike some of the teachers, but I enjoy others quite a lot.

Overall, Newtown Highschool has been a good school for me, with some great teachers and classes offered. I do wish they had just a few more humanity classes to offer that don't just involve greenery or cooking, or art. More like, classes that will really be needed in real life after graduating from Highschool. other than that, Newtown has a great system for me, and I believe I am happy with it.

Most of the school is very well maintained and teachers are typically very good. There are a few teachers though that do not teach and refuse to change their ways in order for students to learn. Other than that academics are strong with good classes. We also have a lot of sports teams that are good and get lots of student support, especially the football team.
