I graduated from Century High in the year 2018. This school lacks caring and understandment when it comes to children's needs. The academic standard is very low. Many teachers have low expectations for their students. Many students in the Santa Ana Unified School District come from poverty and immigrant parents. Students need much more than the passing standard academic level. They need to be pushed and helped to reach for much more than the minimum passing grade. They need to be stimulated and challenged. When I graduated from Century High School I did not even know basic Algebra nor did I know how to properly write an essay. I worked diligently to catch up to others in the same age as me and I am now transferring to UCI. This school fails its students. I do not recommend putting your child in this high school.

I love the programs that Century High School has to offer. The teachers there are helpful and encourage the students. I would just love to see a bit more school spirit within the students.

I like the school over all the staff are really polite teachers acually help you and stay after school if needed.I see a lack of opportunites there are only a few programs in the school for college.

Century high school is often wrongly bashed on. There are MANY teachers and staff members who truly care about the future of their students.
