This is a great little neighborhood school. I went here since I was five years old. The academics are wonderful. It does not prepare you for college but it does help for middle school. The sports are okay but its a elementary school so there isn't really a rational expectation for it. I didn't have one bad teachers out of the seven years of going to this school. I can't say anything bad about it because there is nothing bad about it I just hope that the kids who now go here do not have to experience the stress of the SFPS threatening every five or so years being either shut down or joined with another school but it happens although this school is wonderful.

This is a great school with great staff. My kid has been in this school for 3 years. No complaints so far. Teachers are very communicative. They have a lot of after school activities which kids enjoy.

I have only gone to Acequia Madre elementary school for two years. It was an ok school. I didn't care for it that much. It has a good math program and a cool science program but kids there can be very very rude. There is some bullying at times even if you tell on a kid there for bullying and then th...

My daughter is only in Kindergarten but she attended Pre-K at El Dorado as well and has loved school since the minute she walked through the doors. The teaching staff is skilled and responsive. There is a wonderful sense of community. The leadership is excellent and the PTA is very active.
