Riverview has good academic class options such as AP classes and has good teachers for those classes. I wish they had more creative classes though, a photography or one year film class where we learn to make films, and not just analyze them. I know that friends of mine and myself would love to take those types of classes.

Plenty of openly hateful teachers and students, high-standard academics and an IB program with ridiculous requirements. Was told to go back to my country by a certain teacher :).

Riverview High School is a great school for academics, they offer many higher level courses like AP and IB. I am personally part of the IBCP program and it is a very active program when it comes to knowledge for college and other important aspects of our future. I do believe that people here have a wide range of classes and courses they can take to help prepare to help prepare them for their future. Some aspects are limited like well versed teachers, but overall the grading and teachers are pretty fair.

Unbelievable school with a high achieving and challenging IB Program. I had 4 years of excellent teachers who also became caring friends by senior year. Great sports and school spirit. Smart hardworking kids in IB.

I can only speak about our experience with the IB program and it's been top notch. We've had 3 kids in the program and they were more than prepared for college.
