This is a great high school! I loved all my teachers, and the counselors were so helpful. The college and career center also helped me prep for college.

It is pretty good. Obviously it's difficult to make high school interesting, but they do a good job with what they have. I feel bored most of the time though. Maybe that's just me. The teachers are okay but not great-- some are amazing but most are meh.

Probably the best out of all the high schools I've been at. They really helped us get ready for college really eary in high school. They encouraged us to start looking for colleges in our sophomore year of High School. And then in the next year, they encouraged us to create our college plans so we would be ready. And what I especially like was their connections to a lot of colleges this helped make it easier for us to narrow down our preferences so we could go to the right colleges.

I WOULD NOT recommend Westlake High School to ANY STUDENT or anyone for employment, at any level! Unfortunately, all of the complaints I've read are very true, no exaggeration. LearningI can say at this school they have been having more opportunities for kids to learn things that are more recent and up to date like the film, coding, as well as digital art in certain circumstances. I think the thing that disappointed me the most when I taught there a few years ago was the lack of professionalism from the teachers. Just for that, I would avoid having my kids attend school there. But I guess you can just chalk up bad teachers to the teacher shortage...?
