I thoroughly enjoy the community at the school, specifically the connections that i have med with my teachers due to them being certified to teach multiple courses. I will say that the school needs to be updated, and that there need to be activities that students can get involved in to boost school pride. But overall I really enjoy being at Islands in the vet program.

High School for me was challenging but exciting at the same time. I had very encouraging, supportive teachers who loved to teach and embraced all learners. I never felt excluded or left out of learning or social environments. Administrators were concerned with the education, arts and athletics.

My senior was virtual due to COVID pandemic. I prefer to be in-person. I learn better with teacher instructions.

this school is awful, so many people there do drugs and the violence there got so bad that they had to remove the windows, don't send your child there

My experience was overall really great. The teachers are awesome and very passionate about their jobs, and the classes challenged me enough so that I felt that I was getting a great education. I feel very prepared for start college after attending IHS.

My daughter attended STEM Academy for middle school. We were worried we would not find a high school that would challenge her. She chose Islands and is in the Scientific Research Program. They moved her to Sophomore Honors classes her Freshman year. She is very happy and so are we. Great program.

Excellent Island school!! My family is very happy with the school and teachers! The Vet program is amazing.
