My experience at Islands High School has been both challenging and rewarding. As a student deeply involved in both academics and extracurriculars, I've had the opportunity to grow not only as a learner but also as a leader and community member. The dual enrollment program allowed me to explore college-level coursework early on, helping me discover my interests in biology and aerospace engineering.

From cockroaches in the bathrooms to the teachers who were selfish, the school was a pit of low success and sadness. A lot of resentment lives in that school and it shows when the staff never try to meet the students needs.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Islands High School. I am in the Scientific Research program that they offer (they also offer a Vet program that is also very good) and I think the experience was very beneficial and taught me a lot about research and scientific procedures. I have loved all of the teachers that I have had and feel like I had a positive experience at Islands.

this school is awful, so many people there do drugs and the violence there got so bad that they had to remove the windows, don't send your child there

My experience was overall really great. The teachers are awesome and very passionate about their jobs, and the classes challenged me enough so that I felt that I was getting a great education. I feel very prepared for start college after attending IHS.

My daughter attended STEM Academy for middle school. We were worried we would not find a high school that would challenge her. She chose Islands and is in the Scientific Research Program. They moved her to Sophomore Honors classes her Freshman year. She is very happy and so are we. Great program.

Excellent Island school!! My family is very happy with the school and teachers! The Vet program is amazing.
