The worst part of attending Shadyside High School was the students and lack of preparation for college. The best part was the connection I was able to make with my teachers, due to small class sizes. I wish the curriculum would change so the students could actually learn something and be ready for the real world.

This school is a joke. We do not learn anything. We have three teachers that actually teach. They do not provide food. The kids who are bullied do not get helped when they ask. Teachers even pick on students. We also do not have working heat, but they do run the window ac in the winter.

No cafeteria short school days only 6 hr days. Kids have to eat pizza everyday and have to walk to get it so be prepared to spend 25 dollars a week on lunch for your child this school has such short days the teachers do not have time to teach the students properly. My child is doing the same math an...

Don't get me wrong town pride & athletics are great; however, if your child is an academic superstar there is nothing for them here. There is so much emphasis on sports that the other kids get overlooked. As far as the bullying Ruberic that is supposed to be enforced forget about it. This school is...

Maintenance is not being done to the buildings, when toilets are broken, a plastic bag is placed over it. Water lays in the corner of Leona Middle School girls rest...

This school is horrible. The teachers are horrible, and so is the principal. Don't come here if you want to excel academically. This school is all about sports, it's all we have. No one has control. Also, the janitors do no cleaning, the school is disgusting. This is why I am going to online school....
