The best parts are getting to experience being on a sports team or being in clubs. we have so many opportunities to be involved here at my school. I have never had a really bad experience here at Shenandoah High School

The best academic schools in Iowa. Rated as one of the best in the nation and it definitely shows when you go there

Shenandoah High School is definitely one of the better high schools in Southwest Iowa. Our staff are extremely kind and genuinely good people. We are constantly adding and expanding clubs and programs to be inclusive and give everyone a group to be a part of. Our high school students and staff are like a constantly growing family and even when one class graduates they never forget their beginnings or those that helped them get to where they are.

I think that SHS is a great school! There is always something going on, and there is never a dull day! The teachers are great, and the Principal, is Wonderful! She definitely makes it fun to come to school.
