I like how Jefferson High School is ran. It is ran in a way of control. Our principal is very nice and she does a great job at her job. One thing I would like to see would be the amount of teachers we have in the building sometimes we can lack the number of subs or even actual teachers.

Jefferson is not a welcoming space, everyone here is judgemental and will be rude to you, it's the average high school, it's hard to fit in but you get bullied if you stand out. The teachers here are okay and there are only a few who I would say actually care about your education and want to see you succeed in life, theres a lack of teachers compared to the amount of students we have. There's always problems with the AC and we get threats a lot. Some teachers are very inclusive while others will just hand out work without explaining anything, especially newer teachers. The hallways smell of cannabis and there are a lot of fights but I don't think I'd want to go to the other high school in the district considering they have it worse over there. They're very strict in the school and I'd say they're too strict. But the counselors here are amazing and they're very understanding and helpful, they're always open to see and there's 4 of them. Jefferson has fun sports events and dances.
