The classes are good at challenging the students, and the students and staff are all very kind. There is a good job enrichment plan for the more academically inclined students, and then there is a good program for students who need more help with their classes.

Nice small(er) classes, makes it easier to lear and get help needed. Most teachers are excellent and teach wonderfully. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that advanced students weren't given many choices. Advanced classes interfere with required classes limiting choices. Other than that enjoyed my time there.

The teachers at Shepherd High School are very good at what they do. They teach students everything they need to know for the class, and do it in an enjoyable manner. The school needs some upgrading though.

The school seems to worry more about athletes and making sure that they have passing grade than they do in educating the students. A big focus on sports and sporting activities, with only luke warm results.

As a parent I highly recommend Shepherd. My 3 boys have been attending Shepherd for 2 years now and have to say out of the 3 schools my boys have attended it's by far the best. Staff is amazing and everyone is a huge family.
