My experience at Sonora has been amazing. I transferred my sophomore year and at first it was very scary but then I got plugged in to the school through my activities like volleyball and ASB. Thankfully all the students were welcoming and due to my extrovert personality I was able to adapt and began to thrive in no time. The only thing I would like to see change at Sonora is the school pride. Student participation could be higher and students could be more involved. But at the end of the day I love my school and would not change schools.

The administration is a mess, the students are full of drug addicts, people who vape, and gang members. I was constantly hearing about how people stole from people or vandalized bathrooms or the fights that happened. It is not a safe place, most teachers don't know what the hell they are talking about, and like I said, the administration could be better ran by a bunch of kindergarteners.

I really liked all the staff and teachers they are all very supportive and helpful. My experience at Sonora High was great. Loved it!

Office staff are there to serve the students and if one comes in, in need of help, they should help, not tell them to 'go away, we're too busy' Especially if all they want is a bag to put their things in because their backpack got wet. I think its a great school im a current student and a bit nerdy the school is covered top to bottom in cameras i dont get picked on and its a beautiful school with excellent teachers and fun a principal

my daughter attends this school and I am not impressed. she is in the honors/AP courses and, due to budget cuts, doesn't have that great of teachers. there are ALOT of fights (3 in one week; doctor visits required). some VERY good teachers, but many just punching the timecard. my daughter likes it,...
