As the South Pasadena school closest to the Arroyo Seco green space that stretches along the community’s western border, Arroyo Vista Elementary School is conveniently near the main thoroughfares that tie together the business district. The school’s campus provides a spacious retreat from the commercial world for its kindergarten through fifth grade students, with recently expanded two-story classroom buildings, covered walkways and a central courtyard that features an amphitheater.
