GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Even though, when I was a student, I didn't like being there it was not that bad. I guess being a student you don't want to be there but now that I graduated I miss it. Miss the teachers miss my classmates. Miss being there. The environment of the school is nice. The staff that there is is very nice as well. They are all willing to help with whatever it is that you may need. Overall, my experience at SSC high school was good.

What I love about this place is that there are supportive teachers around when you have a question. Clubs and extracurricular activities are great places to make friends. All cultures are accepted in this community. However, there is a bit of concern for students "falling behind".

My experience at this school was not great. Bullying was a huge concern of mine and it didn't seem like anyone else cared. There was too much emphasis on sports teams and the arts were neglected. I felt overall displeased but it definitely could have been worse.

My experience had been absolutely horrible, especially with the dean of students as well as the so called “nurse”. Why even have a “nurse” at the school if she just tells the students to make sure they are eating healthy and tells them that she doesn’t really have any resources to help them out when...
