GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I remember in 8th grade, two fights broke out within the first three days of school. They both happened right next to me.

Its really good, great students and teachers. It has a world renown soccer and tennis program. Tennis being their best sport and making all the way to 53 place in their division out of 55. Not bad if you asked me.

My experience here was average. The teachers were very good and the school was very diverse. However, the administration and organization at this school was not the best.

A medal winning school, ranked top 50 in the state. Offers incredible extra-curricular activities and has top notch sports and music programs. The marching band has traveled to Dublin, Ireland to take part in their st. Patricks day parade...they're amazing. The school has continually improved over t...

I'd like to give this school a higher rating, but in the past 20-30 years, it has gone downhill. I have a daughter here now, and although she loves being with her friends, almost every day she's telling me things you'd expect from an inner city school. Ironically, inner city schools have really clea...
