I'm currently a senior at speedway and it's been amazing. I transferred here in the fall of my junior year and I was nervous about starting over but they made it super easy. The classes are drilling enough and their AP program is wonderful. The teachers are very helpful as well as the principal and the vice principal

I really enjoyed my 4 years of high school and wouldn't change anything about it. I made many memories that'll carry for the rest of my life. This is truly a very welcoming community. All the teachers and staff members are some of the best people you'll meet. Everyone here wants to see you succeed and will go out of their way to make sure you have all the tools and resources to thrive at Speedway Senior High School. There are many opportunities for each student to shine whether that be academically or in athletics.

Grades new students by their past, they are bias and ill conceived when it comes to new students with old records. Upper echelon even goes out of their way to get your son/daughter out asap if there were ANY issues in past schools. Be weary. Even calls parents to call them names. Unprofessional to s...

I am so proud of our schools in this community and am constantly impressed with their accomplishments and awards. We are fortunate to have a public school that provides a private school education and maintains the values and closeness of our small town.
