Shadle Park is only good if you MAKE it good. You have to find a community and stick with them. Music, sports, art, AP - no matter what it is - stick with it. Otherwise, you open yourself up to a somewhat unenjoyable school culture. Shadle can be extremely frustrating with its lack of administrative support and lack of diversity. But - teachers are typically understanding and care about students. They key is community and looking for positives.

I have enjoyed my time at Shadle Park High School. I have been involved in both athletics and leadership and feel like I have not only received a lot from my high school, but I have also given a lot too. There are many opportunities to become involved at Shadle Park and I have taken advantage of those. I have also been challenged academically with the classes that I have taken.

It's been great. Shadle is a great place to further your education. Community is a big part of shadle as well. The friendships I gained from Shadle will last my entire life.

Worst high school! Mr. Dunn does not hold kids accountable! My student was threatened multiple times and nothing done! This school is not safe at all! They have students come into the building from other schools. They have no control and it shows! I ended up choosing my student else where and so has...

Worst school I have ever encountered ! The faculty does not hold student accountable for their actions! Dunn and Malone are by far the worst staff they condone bad behavior. Several parents and my self have pulled our kids out because of the horrible leadership at this school! But don’t take my word...

I don't recommend this school, in my first year. I dropped out and switched schools right after my freshman year after an incident that involved another student. The teachers hardly did anything to help me get out of my academic rut no matter how many times I asked, and then flunked me. But this did...

I'm a freshman at Shadle Park. I'm in really challenging classes, that are years above my grade level; like chemistry. Trust me it hasn't been easy juggling four advanced classes, and participating in time consuming afterschool activities; that's is for sure. I chose this crazy combination of classe...
