Southside Christian School has become a glaring example of how poor leadership and broken communication can erode the foundation of what should be a thriving educational institution. What was once envisioned as a Christ-centered environment for learning and growth has devolved into a place marred by dysfunction, mistrust, and alarming negligence.

I have gone to southside for 2 years and I did not think it to be possible for a school to be so displeasing and unprofessional. Firstly the currant principal has no administrative training which is evident in her lack of leadership skills. She also does not know how to run the pre school she takes...
