It was a pretty good school. Most of the teachers were nice and knowledgeable of their subjects. The classrooms were pretty big so there really wasn't much cramming of students. The title 1 stuff was annoying at times though. I also feel as if they should have provided more options for elective credits and more accelerated courses.

This schools has taken a big toll on my mental health I have been bullied multiple times. The staff are rude and the admin are racist, sexist, and homophobic. Both of my grandchildren are currently at Explorer K-8. I love the teachers they have, as they are kind and make learning fun. Principal Braithwaite is always at their games and knows them by name. I will be sad when they have to move on to high school. Explorer is like a part of our family.
