A great little school. The principal and teachers seemed to know every single student and family. This ES only has around 300 kids total so it really is a tight-knit community and the PTA is so inclusive for all families. My children have been at Garfield for 2 years now and they love it. No complaints about getting up and out of the house in the morning unlike previous schools. The kids actually look foreward to it! There is an excellent staff and good environment. Test scores are pretty good too for the county.

When i was told my children were going to Garfield. I did not want them to go.The school looked old and dismal on the outside.
