St. Gabriel Catholic School provides students a well-rounded education that helps them mature in their faith. The curriculum is designed to equip students with twenty-first century knowledge that prepares them for success in college and beyond. St. Gabriel scholars use the most current technology to learn the classics of Western civilizations. Their STEM curriculum exposes students to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Religion, the arts, and sports are also part of a faith-based curriculum.
St. Gabriel serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and believes the teacher must have a solid understanding of each child's development. The child must be taught fundamental skills aligned with ethics to help them prosper in school and life.
The school's mission is to provide a setting in which Catholic church teachings are promoted as the foundation for the values they teach and defend. The school nurse is there everyday, unlike many schools in the public system. She is caring and communicative with parents. The safety measures at this school are great. All the doors are locked at all times, if you get in the front door, you still can't get to students. If you get in the back door, you will get locked in the stairwell. I feel much better about my children's safety at school compared to other schools I have visited.
