The best part about my time at this school is the diversity it has from other public high schools in our area. I got to meet many new people and take classes I didn't even know were possible to take. The downsides to this school would be that the classes are different from the other public schools here, and there aren't enough classes on things other than medical, technology, or engineering.

I believe the Academy of Information Technology & Engineering is a good school in regards to one on one learning and helping students individually have a more successful high school experience. However there is much to be desired of the high school experience such as more clubs, sports, study halls, and an overall accomadation for students in a very academic environment.

The best part of my high school experience is the community based activities that the school arranges each year. The worst experience is the lack of diversity and diversity in the community. There should be more activities for African American students. I would change the diversity rate and make it more equal to all the races attending AITE.

Definetly the best public high school in Stamford. The small school atmosphere and out of district pool of students surely creates a unique and accepting environment. The school provides excellent resources to students (whether they use it or not!) and the teachers are passionate with what they do....

We moved to Stamford from Westchester County. The school my son was attending there was wonderful, so I was worried about moving him to a new shcool disctrict. I'm so glad we did. Before my son started AITE, we were told that it's like getting a private school education at the affordable costs of pu...

AITE has proved very beneficial to my son. He has a wonderful guidance councelor and there are many wonderful "above par" teachers. There is a wide variety of students with many different cultural backgrounds, but with this, each kid "fits in". It is refreshing to hear my son say that everyone respe...
