GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

There is a great mix of students and staff. The administration is highly involved and caring about the school.

I like my teachers and my friends at my school. I also appreciate how the staff is trying to engage with students so those students can actually learn. The staff also tries to create a sense of community within the school, which is great and make me feel like I actually know the teachers. My friends their also make me feel like I belong somewhere. I also enjoy learning my teachers whose goal is to make sure that their students are actually learning.

I've made great friends at this high school, although the teachers and their teaching could be improved. I found that some teachers didn't care about me or helping me learn in their class. Although, some teachers at this school do have wonderful intentions and really do care about helping me learn and bettering my future. It is simply very hit or miss at Stevensville High School.

The math department is lacking, especially in the higher-level Honors and AP classes. My student had a te...

Some diamonds in the rough as far as teachers go. Overall experience as a student was disappointing. Encountered several totally disrespectful "teachers". School represents/perpetuates the ignorance in the Bitteroot.
