GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I like how the principle involves himself with the tasks suck as helping the cooks with washing dishes but I do not like the way some teacher treat the kids and have favoritism.

It's a small school and teachers can give more time and help with students. His graduating class is small and students are able to be involved in various activities. They also offer some dual credit classes for college. Because of its size many sports are no cut sport's allowing any student to participate that wants to.

What I enjoyed about Sweetwater High School was that it was like a huge family. All staff and students got along fairly well. I made some of the best memories there, and have met some of the greatest teachers who have inspired me to be an educator.

This was a terrible school. If you can't breeze through the curriculum, you're not paying attention -...

If your child is making "decent" grades at this school, they are still not prepared for college. I realize there are "advance...

By his Junior year we were paying for college courses because SHS did not offer many advanced classes. Our youngest was to enter as a Freshman last year and we chose to home s...
