GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Typical Inner City High School. If you want to succeed just stay out the way, stay focused and stick with the teachers that truly care. You have students that come from all walks of life which makes that atmosphere their tough. I Thank the teachers and advocates that stucke with me and pushed me to keep going! All I can truly say is THANK GOD I MADE IT!!!

I was at Henninger for four years. Every year I was there It got slightly worse. There were only several teachers that genuinely cared about teaching the rest just wanted the paycheck. Henninger also did not get us ready for college well enough, they didn't have many clubs or extracurricular activities that would prepare us for college.

The teachers don't know how to control their students. There is no discipline. Students would cuss at teachers, walk in and out of class, do whatever they...
