My overall experience at Tarkington High School has been remarkable. Tarkington High school is known for a great safety school and amazing culture. My education has been sucessful because of the different program that Tarkington High School offer. Not only we are a very small school, but we are a school that loves to care for our cummunity and likes to ingage with others.

Had some nice teachers but overall school was bad, and handled things poorly often. Didn't care about their band even though that did amazing.

This was a very small hometown rural high school. The Teachers were always wanting you to succeed. All of my teachers wanted me to have goals and learn every day. They were supportive and encouraging. The administration seemed to care about students and would visit the campus regularly. The coaches wanted to make you better.

Do not send your child here if they are of color, part of the LGBTQ community, or are otherwise "abnormal". The staff is preppy, cliquey, and cold. Not to mention the community members that are especially intolerant.
