With a mission of sharing God’s grace and always loving others, Gethsemane Christian Academy offers education for preschoolers and kindergarteners in modern facilities as part of Gethsemane Church in South Tempe.
This private school nurtures a faculty “who care about your child with the love of Jesus” and who are committed to helping all children thrive. In addition to emphasizing STEAM learning, the academy integrates music, a hands-on learning environment, service learning, a dual language program in English and Spanish, and the benefits of creative growth and development through dramatic play and discovery. The school also incorporates the ever-important story time, fostering an environment in which children can develop their reading and comprehension skills at an early age.
Gethsemane offers weekly chapel for all students and staff and hosts numerous events throughout the year to keep kids excited and engaged, from holiday fests and performances to community events where all are welcome. Needless to say, there is no shortage of fun here!
Gethsemane provides before- and after-school care for students in addition to a Vacation Bible School kids camp. Preschool students can learn basic living skills, including potty training if needed.
