Edison is good for a public school that mainly intakes residents from north and northeast Minneapolis. The clubs and activities offered there are kind of hit or miss but occasionally you can find a club with extremely talented and hardworking individuals that is competitive with other schools. The admin works hard to make sure students remain on track, however, errors are made on occasion.

Edison gets a bad reputation because of its location but it is a great school overall. The building is 100 years old last year and has many windows and hardwood floors. The teachers care about the students and help them succeed. There is a great music program with many opportunities. The theatre program is also well run. It is a very diverse school as well.
