If I had to do it all over again, I would of still chose to attend Whittier Elementary School. Not only was it just right down bbc.co the street from me, it also provided memories I cherish to this day.

I have not had the best experience with my special needs child in this school. Every time i come to this school a teacher is yelling at students. Children are always in detention.
