GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I liked the small classes since this is a small school. But I would have liked to see more classes offered.

I love the closeness I have developed with my teachers. I have definitely been blessed with the ones that I have been given. Not only have they shown me what it means to be a good student, but they have shown me what it means to be a good citizen. I have learned respect, compassion, the importance of hard work, love, friendship, and maturity. What I would like to see change is the resources we have. Tom Bean is a very small school and so we do not have the money for the best facilities. It would be nice to gain some of those things, but other than that, my time here was extremely valuable.
