Overall I have had a good high school experience at Odessa High. It is only a few years old so the campus is very clean and nice. It has a lot of new equipment and technology which we were lucky to have access to. I have participated in both varsity basketball and varsity softball and overall had great experiences with these extracurricular activities learning how to balance my school work with my very busy athletics schedule. I have had both an IEP and now 503 plan to help with my struggles in Math. I have always felt I had a lot of support from staff to assist with anything I need for my accommodations. There have been a few issues with fights and other student's behaviors but they were always dealt with so I always felt safe at school. My little sister is going into this school next year as a freshman and I am happy she gets to experience Odessa High as I did and hope she has a good experience as well.

I really really like how college ready it gets you and all the opportunities presented but i'm not a big fan of how sports run.

With my son being part of the first graduating class of Odessa, i have to say that I am completely happy with the school. Athletics are making strides and have a lot of firsts. First playoff wins, first conference championship. The teachers are phenomenal and the school grounds are beautiful.
