I really enjoy being at Bayside; there are some amazing teachers and great classes that challenge me and are preparing me for college. The one thing I dislike is that administration treats all students with initial anger/suspicion.

Bayside is a nice school that challenges your knowledge and skills. The teachers are nice and so are the other staff but there are a lot of bad parts to it. The lunch food and there not being enough activity's that actually caught the students attention. And also the school and teachers spoil the students that are in the academy.

I had 5 kids graduate from this school... One was a part of the Academy. I never had any issues with bullying or anything. I agree the principal has a laid back approach. Every school will have its issues, no one school is perfect. I believe this school gets a bad reputation based on past experience...

I am not sure why this school is getting a low score but my little brother went here. He did great in academics and extra curricular activities. I think it really depends on the kid on how he will excel in school.

Not safe. My child is in the Health Sciences Academy, but will return to his zoned school for his last two years of high school.
