The most of the staff doesn't care about students. There's a handful of teachers that really care and help kids succeed the others will yell and cuss at them daily. When a parent brings up an issue certain staff members will yell at the parent and later take it out on their kid. This school has been going down hill for a while.

My experience at this school was rewarding in some ways. I got to learn that if you look you will find people who are going to be there for you when you need to talk, whoever its up to you to stand up for yourself and speak up when you are facing difficult situations. As a trans person I had to stand up for myself when a teacher was actively against me. She made it clear when I had told her I was uncomfortable with her calling me a "lady" in front of the class. I had talked to her privately a few times before I had an administrator get involved. they talked to her, but nothing more came of it and she continued to outcast me. That's when I learned, that in order to make a difference I would have to stand my ground.

Landstown High School is a great school I believe, all of the teachers are very kind and are willing to go far to help you and others. I believe this school is good but there are also dark parts considering that some of the counselors push you away or wont listen when you try and do something with them. The students arent always kind but you can find that gem in the rock every few weeks and make new friends.

This school has been going down hill for a while. A lot of teacher are there for a paycheck. They cuss and yell at kids and nothing is done about it. The principal does the same and if a parent is involved she yells at them too. The principal is never involved and very lazy. I hope something changes...

They do the least amount possible, completed assignments go missing to where you have to send physical pictures to show proof of completed assignments, communication with many are non-exsistent, and a multitude of other factors. I would steer away from this school completely. Go to Salem High.

I’ve had 2 daughters graduate from Landstown. Both were challenge academically by their teachers and pushed to become more than just a name or number on a sheet of paper. They both had teachers that had profound impacts in their lives which they still talk about today. Both of my girls are studying...
